Our client has lost his wife and long-time partner.

This sale has been mentally draining on him and has saddened us greatly.

We have many sad encounters all the time but some hit harder than others.

His house sold faster than expected as the market is booming and surprising many who do not understand it.

So our team has 5 days to get the items out and to new homes.

5 days including the actual sale dates.

We will not have time to price and will take any reasonable offer!!!!
