Some of you folks may remember this home being on the news for having the neon signs packed in front of the large plate glass window. Many thought it was a bar, lol.

It turns out it’s no bar!!!! This home is full of antiques and unique pieces. First, we are going to sell the contents on the outside of the home.

PARKING IS ACROSS THE STREET AT TOWER PARK!!!!!!!!!!!

We assure you that you will not see an accumulation like this again.

We have scrap as well as thousands of tools!!!

We have reclaimed wood!!!! Many Pieces from Hyde Park!!!

We are asking that no persons under the age of 16 enter this property!!!!

We are absolutely not responsible for accidents and giving fair warning that many things are piled high and several places that you may enter are dark and could be considered dangerous!!!!

If you attend please do not wear loose clothing and bring a flashlight!!!

Be prepared to dig and pick the entire outdoor portion of this property.

There are many passageways and switchbacks so please be careful!!!!!

The owner of this property was very unique and at one time transformed this property into a virtual paradise with many different plants, shrubberies, and even bamboo!!!!

Unusual behavior and a deep depression turned this property into a dumping ground for auctions and things spiraled out of control.

Please be safe here and be prepared to have questions answered and stories told as the brother of the deceased will be here!!!!!
