This particular auction terms may not be the same as another current auction or as listed in our terms in other locations on our website or other advertising agencies. All separate auctions can have separate terms.

All firearms that BB Realty and auctions sells will go to a proper FFL.These firearms must be transferred into the buyers name. The buyer will then be responsible for picking up the firearm as well as paying a 25$ transfer fee for each firearm.This is regardless of what state you are a resident in. All firearm buyers must be at least 21 years of age to purchase.

Terms and conditions:

Vehicles and Heavy equipment will not be removed and released until full payment is received. Once payment is received BB Realty and Auctions will release cars and titles within 24 hours. All buyers will receive an invoice stating payment has been taken and approved the moment payment is made. We will only accept Cash,Cashiers checks ,wire transfers for payment on heavy equipment and vehicles.

Test drives will not be allowed as insurance will not cover accidents at auction. Cars can be moved at request.

Auction BIDDER REGISTRATION:

All bidders must register and receive a bidder number for use at the auction as well as use a valid I.D. to register.

Bidders must use their bidder number on the bid sheet for their bid to be valid.

If BB Realty and Auctions are asked to ship any item or items purchaser must pay for the shipping and handling as well as any insurance. The minimum handling fee is 40$.

ALL PURCHASES ARE TO BE PAID IN FULL THE DAY OF THE AUCTION (30 MINUTES AFTER THE LAST ITEM IS SOLD). CASH, AND CREDIT CARD. The sale price will have a Buyer’s Premium of 15% that will be added to the final bid accepted by the Auctioneer for cash paid and a 18% premium for Credit cards. All heavy equipment will be as follows. Winning bids 36,000 or less will be 9%. Items more than 36,000 and less than 60,000 will be 6%. All bids over 60,000 Will be 3%.All Vehicles and UTVS/Zero Turn Mowers are at a 10% buyer’s premium.
