It’s important to keep in mind that when we buy an entire estate, price we offer might not be as high as you expect. This is true for any company that buys complete estates. We need to consider our time spent on removal, marketing, cleaning, organizing, inventorying, researching, storage, photos and item preparation before we can sell them. We put a lot of hours into each estate. It’s also important to note that a lot of the items we buy from an complete estate don’t have a lot of value at all (think silverware and dishes) and we might end up donating a large amount of the items we buy from you, leaving the remaining items to recoup our costs.
